Liberty Grand Wedding | Fuscia Designs | The Caketress

I headed down to the Liberty Grand at 25 British Columbia Rd in Toronto to help out on a cake delivery with The Caketress. Delivering a cake is harder than you think. Trust me on that one. Actually, the entire process from concept, to creation, to putting the final details on takes way way longer than anyone expects.

The gold you see on there is 24 carat gold painted on with vanilla vodka.

Fuscia Designs was there putting the final touches on the Centennial Room, and I said I’d snap a few photos of their creations!

The French macaroons you see were favors provided by The Caketress that I may or may not have helped package until about 4am the Saturday night before. That was after shooting a wedding, and waking up strangely early to do so. That’s how you get a fresh product.
