Steph and Trevor were married at Ashgrove Farms in Cambridge / Guelph. Some days you end up with ridiculous amazing light. This was one of those days. Around 7pm the clouds started to clear, and we were left with an erie yellow/orange wash from the sun. I’ve never seen anything like it.

Ancaster Old Mill | Winter Wedding | Cathy and Mike
Cathy and Mike were married at the Old Mill in Ancaster Ontario this past Saturday. It was the perfect winter wedding day – snow in the air, snow on the ground (which has been rare in Ontario this winter) and general warmth. We headed to the Osler House in Dundas for a few great photos,...
Paramount Event Venue Toronto Wedding | Mark and Michelle
What an amazing day for a January wedding! Great people, great venues, great food, so much fun, and so many people on the dance floor! The Paramount was beautifully decorated, and the band sounded fantastic. Oh, and 1000 paper cranes! On to some photos:
Hockley Valley Orangeville Wedding | Alicja & Ryan | +bridal!
It seems like forever ago that Alicja and Ryan first booked me for their wedding! It’s been quite the ride – an engagement shoot, photos with their little (killer) dogs, their wedding, and now a bridal shoot! It’s always a pleasure hanging out with them (camera in hand). Last Sunday I headed out with them...
Grand Canyon, Arizona | Wedding Dress Shoot
What can I say about the Grand Canyon? It’s pretty big – and like everyone else says, it’s impossible to capture how it really feels to be there in a still picture. I’m always up for doing some portfolio work, and what better location than the Grand Canyon in Arizona? We started the morning early...
Hessenland Country Inn Wedding | Kate & Colin
I love fall. Kate and Colin were married at Hassenland Country Inn up in Zurich, along Lake Huron. I took a shot of the groomsman that really reminded me of an Oceans 12 movie poster…so I attached it here:
Clay and Glass Gallery Wedding Waterloo | Lauren & Chris
Lauren and Chris picked a perfect day for their wedding. The ceremony was up in Elmira at Trinity United Church, and the reception followed at the Canadian Clay and Glass Gallery in Waterloo. I’ve had the opportunity to shoot in Uptown Waterloo so much over this past year – but never once a wedding. The...
New York City
I have found it. My favorite photo location in the world (so far) In Brooklyn, right at the base of the Brooklyn Bridge (before you reach the Manhattan Bridge) there are more photo opportunities than you could ever imagine. I’m sure to the locals this place is probably over used, and a little bit cliche,...
Cambridge Wedding | Dan & Marilyn
I grew up in Cambridge, where I played (travel) hockey for 10…or 14 years, or something ridiculous like that. Go Hespeler Shamrocks. Last weekend I photographed the wedding of a fellow Hespeler hockey player, and there were so many people I haven’t seen in years. I also met a new friend, Marj. Here’s a story...
